Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use this website. Work for clients is covered by a separate written agreement.

Last updated 15 October 2026

01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of serpdesk.com (the "website"), which is operated by SERP Desk. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

02Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
  • send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through our forms;
  • copy large parts of the website, or scrape it, for commercial use without our written permission.

03Information on the website

The content on this website is general information about our services and approach. It is not professional advice for your specific business, and you should not rely on it as such.

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors.

04No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your competitors, your pricing, and changes made by Google, Meta and other platforms. For that reason we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, on this website or in any proposal.

05Enquiries and the free growth audit

Sending an enquiry or requesting a free growth audit does not create a contract between us, and you are under no obligation to work with us. Any audit we share is for your own business use.

Client work only begins once we have both agreed a written proposal or agreement, and those terms then govern the work.

06Portfolio and case studies

Our portfolio describes work we have delivered for real clients. Client names, logos and website images belong to those clients and are shown to illustrate our work. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Case studies describe the work we carried out. We publish performance figures only where a client has approved them.

07Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and code of this website belong to SERP Desk or are used under licence. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit to SERP Desk, but you may not reuse our content or design in another website or product without our written permission.

08Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, including our clients' websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

09Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we may suspend or change it, for example for maintenance, without notice. We are not liable if it is unavailable at any time.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or any content on it, including loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11Privacy

How we handle personal data you give us through the website is explained in our Privacy Policy at serpdesk.com/privacy.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here applies each time you use the website.

13Governing law and contact
