The challenge

Home inspections are booked fast and locally: a buyer under contract searches for an inspector near the property and calls whoever looks most trusted. Alhumd needed to show up in every county and city it serves, not just its home town, and turn those searches into booked inspections.

The approach

What we did.

  1. 01

Built location pages for every county and major city served, from Howard and Montgomery counties to Annapolis, Frederick, Rockville and Baltimore.

  2. 02

Created a page for each service, including radon, mold, termite, pre-drywall, thermal imaging, pool and Baltimore rental inspections.

  3. 03

Optimised the Google Business Profile and built review generation into every job, so the company's reputation shows in the map pack.

  4. 04

Published practical guides on inspection costs, what to ask and how to hire an inspector, written to answer buyers' questions directly.

  5. 05

Put online scheduling and click-to-call on every page, so a search becomes a booking in a few taps.

The outcome

What changed.

  • Visibility for inspection searches across Maryland's counties and cities, not just one town.

  • A stronger Google Business Profile presence in the map pack, backed by a steady flow of reviews.

  • Searches turn into booked inspections through online scheduling and direct calls.
