The challenge
Royal Ride Madrid competes with taxis, ride-hailing apps and booking aggregators for every traveller arriving at Madrid-Barajas. Visitors compare prices in seconds, so the business needed to be found for airport and event transfer searches and make booking a fixed-price ride effortless.
The approach
What we did.
- 01
Built a booking site with an instant quote flow: pickup, drop-off, vehicle and one fixed price covering tolls, parking and waiting time.
- 02
Created pages for airport transfers, intercity rides, hourly chauffeur hire, Sprinter and wedding cars, plus a page for every vehicle class in the fleet.
- 03
Built event transfer pages for Madrid's biggest dates, including the Madrid F1 Grand Prix, Mutua Madrid Open, Mad Cool and FITUR.
- 04
Published travel guides that answer the questions visitors ask before they land, structured for search results and AI answers.
- 05
Ran Google Ads on airport transfer and chauffeur searches in Madrid, with every booking tracked back to its campaign.
- 06
Optimised the Google Business Profile so Royal Ride appears in Maps for chauffeur and airport transfer searches.
- 07
Ran social media around the fleet and Madrid's big events, keeping the brand in front of travellers before they book.
The outcome
What changed.
Bookings come in directly through the site's own quote flow rather than through third-party apps.
Event pages capture seasonal demand around Madrid's major conferences, festivals and sporting events.
A visible presence in Google Maps for chauffeur and transfer searches in Madrid.
